  • Create MEP outline specifications, MEP bid forms, review of MEP drawings and partake in project kick-off meetings with our Real Estate Development and Construction departments to determine the MEP related project scope.

We are currently seeking an individual to join our dynamic Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) team. You will be trained to become an MEP Estimator and will work primarily on commercial and industrial design-build projects (new construction and renovations) in collaboration with our Real Estate Development and Construction teams. In this role you will learn the process of managing the MEP estimation component of various project types (internal estimates, design-build, hard tenders, etc.) with the guidance of our Senior MEP Management team.

  • Bilingualism (French & English) is mandatory.

  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple on-going estimates effectively and simultaneously.

  • Analytical and computer (Excel) skills.
  • Diplôme universitaire complété en génie mécanique et/ou électrique.
  • De 2 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la construction et/ou de l’estimation.
  • Communiquer régulièrement avec les sous-traitants MEP pour les budgets, les appels d’offres, les suivis et l’assistance technique.
  • Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et en communication.
  • Compétences analytiques et maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel).
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in the construction/estimation industry.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) obligatoire.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
