What you would be doing

  • You'll be reviewing and validating jobs (surveys/installs) completed by the field teams. Validate photographic evidence available on the job.
  • You'll ensure any service failure which could result in a written complaint being received is escalated to MUS Data Validation Manager/Team Leader for action
  • You'll be liaising directly with the relevant supervisor to manage any unresolved discrepancies, ensuring that TW system SAP is updated
