Junior Procurement & Proposal Executive

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Procurement & Proposal Executive to support our procurement and business proposal operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, source materials, assist in cost estimation, and help prepare technical and commercial proposals for projects.

• Prepare purchase orders and track material deliveries.
• Contribute to proposal formatting, data collection, and documentation.
• Maintain updated records of suppliers, pricing, and purchase documentation.
• Assist in drafting technical and commercial project proposals.
• Coordinate with project, accounts, and business development teams for approvals and timely submissions.
• Collect quotations, compare costs, quality, and timelines.
• Support in cost optimization and compliance with company standards.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers for project requirements.

• Exposure to industrial and engineering consultancy projects.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchase, or proposal coordination (freshers welcome).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience in procurement and project proposal development.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management (Science/Engineering background preferred).
