The Project Technical Administrator role supports the Faro Mine Remediation Project (FMRP) and blends office and field responsibilities. This rotational position involves one week on‑site followed by three weeks off‑site, offering a balance of field exposure and office work.
In this role you will prepare tender documents, manage contract administration, and build workflow solutions using SharePoint and Smartsheets. You will support drafting proposals, processing invoices, and coordinating QA/QC activities across construction, operations, and environmental teams. Participation in multidisciplinary meetings, document reviews, and performance reporting will be key to ensuring project success.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline and have at least five years of relevant experience. Effective verbal and written communication, the ability to lift up to 20 kg, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite—including SharePoint—are required.
