Ensure all costs assigned to quotes are substantiated with proper estimating tools or subcontractor quotes.
Actively prospect both existing and new clients to identify and capitalize on opportunities for selling and leasing new and used mobile and modular buildings.
Achieve and adhere to company profit expectations, including rental, sales and service gross profit percentages.
Provide excellent customer service through quick response times, follow-up communication, and in-depth knowledge of our product.
Collaborate with the team to create sales strategies and continually strive to improve methods.
Responsible for rental and sales market within the designed/assigned territory.
Estimating is a key function of the sales process; responsible for soliciting subcontract quotes to establish cost.
Generate new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
Achieve individual sales and rental goals by pursuing opportunities and providing customers with product and service solutions.
Share innovative ideas and actively participate in L10 Branch Meetings.
Collaborate with the estimating team according to the company’s methodology, involving the right people appropriately and timely, by following the sales process outlined in company policy.
Develop relationships with subcontractors for completion of proposals and cost analysis.
Complete rental and sale agreements, files, and other documents for handoff to support staff.
Use market knowledge to identify prospective clients and negotiate profitable lease contracts.
