Oversee management of materials, equipment, tools, information, and subcontractors
Assist with cost projection and management
Participate in project planning and execution to maximize SQPCE performance
Act as a company ambassador by marketing and promoting consistent and excellent project implementation
Assist the account manager in all functions: sales, correspondence, customer relations, project coordination, scheduling, drawing review, and estimation
Proactively pursue preventative maintenance contracts and service sales
Promote and uphold McKenney’s safety absolutes, best practices, and company culture
Review and understand contractual scope and project documents (drawings, submittals, equipment operations, and maintenance manuals)

Excellent time management skills: able to prioritize, balance urgent vs. important tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maximize efficiency
Professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust
Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and understand various technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, civil, structural)
Work involves moderate exposure to elements, such as hot/cold temperatures, dirt, dust, and/or loud noises
Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of Word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software
Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and scaffolds, and to negotiate work areas under construction
