  • Collaborate with colleagues in handling complex technical issues & informing customers on legal & corporate safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to establish the root cause of problems & form a solution/workaround across a range of product related and/or application issues.
  • Conduct demonstrations of paint/non-paint application techniques
  • Instruct customers on product usage in day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to conduct and/or assist in the testing process as well as in the implementation of new products/ technologies.
  • Support colleagues by providing customer insight & product processing know how to assist with strategic planning.
  • Provide regular project and customer visit reports.
