Candidates must hold a B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or possess equivalent experience) and have at least three years of process‑improvement engineering experience (seven years without the degree). The position requires domestic and international travel, overtime flexibility, and proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.
Preferred qualifications include strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, deep knowledge of manufacturing process design, materials, and technical drawings, as well as proven project‑management, leadership and change‑management abilities. Experience with SAP, Six Sigma Black Belt and related certifications is advantageous.
