The Role

Overview

Supervises morning shift staff, manages inventory, safety and customer orders.

Tasks

-Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management -Accountable for a continuous improvement at the site -Manage stocktake / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained -Assist in analysing KPI and stock-keeping data, identifying issues, and preparing reports for resolution and action -Supporting the training and development of new team members to ensure they understand and deliver our high standards of customer service and safety -Picking & Packing customer orders -Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures

What You Bring

-Ability to work Monday-Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm (occasional overtime) -Valid Driver’s Licence -Forklift License -Successful completion of pre-employment medical -Located in or near Tarneit -Prior experience in a supervisor role -Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry is highly desirable -Valid Police Check
