As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will hold a pivotal role in providing technical leadership and oversight for all mechanical and hydraulic aspects of our onshore and offshore operations. You will contribute directly to the successful execution of critical projects, ensuring that quality, schedule, and budget requirements are consistently met while upholding the highest QHSE and technical standards.
This position offers the opportunity to influence operational performance across the organisation through expert guidance, structured problem-solving, and adherence to established policies and procedures. While primarily based onshore, you will also mobilise to Vessels while in Port internationally to support equipment breakdowns, replacements, and planned maintenance activities—playing an essential role in maintaining asset integrity and operational continuity.
