Ensure project implantation compliance with Brooks standards and regulations.
Provide technical support to end-users and building occupants regarding BAS functionality, operation, and user interfaces.
Implement, configure, and test building automation system GUI provided by Project Engineer. Functionality testing shall be compared to approved BAS submittals and construction documents.
Keep accurate records of system installations, project repairs, and changes performed during the project duration and provide them to Project Manager and Engineer for closeout documentation.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, malfunctions, and alarms found during system function tests to ensure proper system performance.
Assist the BAS Service team as needed with inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve any performance issues or malfunctions.
Verify proper subcontractor installation of building automation systems, including control panels, sensors, actuators, and other equipment. Installation shall be compared to approved BAS submittals and construction documents.
