- Using Helpdesk ticketing systems to capture all IT related tasks and issues.
- Providing support for MS Teams, Microsoft 365, Windows 10 and 11, and SharePoint.
- Provide support for meeting room equipment, including MS Teams.
- Procures new equipment for ICT, maintain relationship with external suppliers, Arranges for repairs and maintenance, Prepares and handles documents for purchases and disposal of equipment.
- Manage and support the IT system, SharePoint Online, networks, FortiGate Firewall, cyber security and ensure business continuity.
- To provide Level 1 and 2 desktop support for all users, and to maintain the IT equipment, systems and network for the organisation.
- Continuous creation, execution, and upkeep of IT operations policies, procedures, and processes.
- Log and keep current all 'Helpdesk' problems via a helpdesk Management System.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external users.
- Resolve user problems, queries and complaints in an effective and timely manner, ensuring that they are kept updated on the current status of their problem/s.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of all IT users.
- Maintaining accurate log entries of equipment faults and resolve them or organise for their resolution.
- Identify opportunities to increase the effectiveness and operation of IT support and systems and implement where approved to do so.
- Ensure all hardware/software installations and routine upgrades are implemented according to Service Level Agreements.
- Provide users with remote help for ICT hardware and applications via phone or in-person at all Destec locations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and Microsoft application issues.

- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team is desirable
