Provide direction on bid strategy and preparation, including go/no-go decisions, and service offering validation leveraging capabilities across the global organization.
Maintain a highly visible presence with key clients and stakeholders within the Ontario water infrastructure portfolio, leveraging past project experience and industry relationships.
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, implementing adjustments to meet objectives and maintain reasonable risk levels.
Oversee the management of a portfolio of engineering projects, ensuring alignment client satisfaction and key performance indicators.
Oversee master service agreements and provide oversight of project delivery performance associated with the portfolio of projects.
Facilitate the resolution of client concerns and participate actively in business unit meetings and initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Ontario’s water infrastructure regulations, funding frameworks, and industry best practices.
Political acumen and ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
10+ years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure project or portfolio management, with a focus on water or municipal sectors.
PEO license and PMP certification preferred.
