- Answering calls and handling driver care complaints from start to finish
- Loading and dealing with NIP’s - Notice of Intended Prosecution from the police for speeding fines
- Ensuring drivers remain compliant by conducting regular checks on (Driving Licences, Vehicle Use, and Assessments etc.)
- Processing driving assessment records for all new drivers joining the business.
- Investigating drivers against work streams to ensure compliance
- Monitoring unauthorised use of vehicles - seeing through from start to finish
