The Research Analyst will join the JLL Pacific Northwest Research team, based in Seattle, to support the Portland market. The role focuses on collecting and analyzing commercial‑real‑estate and economic data, maintaining high‑quality datasets, and presenting insights in a compelling way. This position contributes to research products, client projects, and business‑development efforts.
Key responsibilities include gathering and auditing data on properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales, and owners, while following established processes to ensure data excellence. The analyst will analyze market trends, create visualizations, and communicate findings to internal teams and clients. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and demonstrating JLL’s research tools are also essential.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational and data‑validation skills, analytical problem‑solving ability, and excellent written and oral communication. They must be able to meet client expectations, multitask under pressure, and manage time effectively. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and database systems is required; experience with visualization tools and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are preferred.
Compensation is estimated between $78,000 and $82,000 annually, with final packages based on qualifications, location, and market factors. The role is on‑site in Seattle, WA, and does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
