- Collaborate with IT security teams to support audits, reviews, and investigations related to account management.
- Implement and enforce RBAC policies, tailoring permissions based on system requirements and user roles.
- Maintain compliance with security policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular account management activities, including monitoring account activity, identifying inactive accounts, and promptly deactivating accounts for departing users.
- Create and configure user accounts for all CSSP subscribers and personnel, ensuring proper access and functionality.
- Document account management processes and maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues, providing timely technical support to minimize operational disruptions.

- 4 years of relevant experience OR 8 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong knowledge of account management practices, RBAC, and access control policies.

- Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies and procedures (if applicable).
- Bachelor’s degree required (in a related field preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in a Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) environment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
- Hands-on experience with account provisioning, monitoring, and deactivation processes.
