- Inspecting roofs and calculating materials needed
- Installing new roofs and roofing materials on residential homes and/or commercial buildings.
- Liaises between company, customers, and vendors
- Complete work orders and submit them for payment
- Assess and document potential customers’ roofing needs and all consultations
- Coordinate and communicate schedule adjustments to customers and management; manage multiple projects and clients concurrently
- Repairing existing roofs and installing replacement roofing materials
- Submit complete job files to assigned team members (Job files include the signed contract, specific instructions, roof drawings, and all other documents necessary for file set up)
- Serve as a liaison to clients throughout the project; represent JR & Co., Inc at all times
- Conducts cost analysis; prepares and implements budgets
- Team lead, ensures projects are completed on time and to specifications
- Ensures compliance with OSHA, federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

- Prior experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools

- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of roofing materials and installation.
- Must be able to work some Saturdays and at night, when needed
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; a great team player
- Day shift
- Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Current and valid driver's license
- OSHA 10 or 30, or willing to obtain
- Wiling to climb ladders and work at heights
