5+ years of direct management of technical employees
5+ years of relevant operations leadership experience
Minimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industry
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, safety driven, customer service and Leadership skills
Strong organizational skills and Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting priorities
Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP system
Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
