Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Receive, weigh, determine and apply correct postage to outgoing mail.
