Assistant Manager – Approvals and Permits

Description

• Planning, preparation, submission & getting various approvals/ permits from concerned State Govt Authorities like State utility and state energy department.
• Preparing & maintaining MIS of Approval & Permits of all Projects.
• Follow up and co-ordinate with state level teams for updates on daily basis.
• Close coordination with Land team and Project team.
• Responsible for documentation related to approval and permits for all projects.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and authorities.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications in related fields.
• Experience with international solar projects and standards.
• Shall have strong liaising skills at state level agencies and thorough understanding of policy and regulations
• Understanding of relationship management with clients, Govt officials, interdepartmental communication, andother
• Software skills - MS office, MS Excel (hands-on), writing letters, understanding of sale deed and TSR related matters.
• B.E. or B. Tech or LLB along with MBA from any reputed institute shall be preferred.
• Regular visits to project sites, Govt. departments like DISCOMs for streamline/resolution of JMR / permits/ approvals/ credit reports etc.
• Thorough understanding of the functioning of Solar Park Projects and O&M
• Minimum 2 years of relevant & prior experience in Solar Project Development (Approvals and Permits related)
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ready to travel at Project location, if required
