The Principal Hydrogeologist role supports the Resilience Environment team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, focusing on technical projects and the development and implementation of remote monitoring across commercial, industrial, CERCLA, and RCRA projects, with occasional travel to client sites.
In this position you will act as a subject‑matter expert in remote environmental monitoring, develop innovative technical solutions, steward staff during implementation, and help grow the business by partnering with market sector and account leaders.
Key responsibilities include collaboratively developing scope and cost proposals, supporting strategic growth initiatives, mentoring junior and mid‑level staff, assisting technical experts with hydrologic modeling and conceptual site models, and conducting field assignments to train staff on instrumentation installation, with travel up to 25% of the time.
Candidates must share Arcadis’s passion for a planet‑positive future, hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geology or a related field, and have at least 15 years of experience; a Professional Geologist (PG) license in good standing is preferred.
