Support purchase planning alongside the Managing Director and Accounts team.
Check that factory invoices match goods shipped.
Arrange and confirm shipping containers with Far East factories.
Check that goods loaded match purchase order quantities and associated paperwork.
Maintain shared logs for goods-ready dates, shipping schedules, and planned container loading.
Verify shipping documents before passing them to the Accounts team.
Working with online portals, logistics platforms, and CRM systems.
Oversee inbound deliveries from port to warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely receipt.
Process wholesale orders and book related logistics.
Use portals and internal CRM systems for order tracking, container management, and workflow admin.
Monitor goods-ready dates, production updates, and sailing schedules.
Monitor China goods in transit and confirm correct loading, invoice details, and packing lists.
Track shipments through portals, monitoring systems, and factory communication.
Manage planned container loads and ensure effective coordination with shipping partners.

Excellent communication skills for dealing with factories, freight partners, and warehouse teams.
