What you would be doing

Manage resource allocation to deliver key milestones for FRACAS, enhancements, and fleet projects
Oversee complex engineering activities: systems engineering, manufacturing liaison, configuration control, systems assurance, materials compliance, and change management
Drive planning, policy decisions, and provide technical advice to management and operational teams
Develop integration plans for rolling stock and assure new systems and operating methods
Responsible for staff selection, training, performance, and discipline
Work closely with Fleet Engineering Managers to ensure effective engineering change delivery
Support procurement, planning, production, testing, commissioning, and maintenance
Lead the Electrical Power & Motion engineering team for the national TLS function
Report directly to the GM TLS Engineering and manage internal/external stakeholders
