The Role

Overview

Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, performance, relations, policy and reporting.

Tasks

-Provide support for assigned human resources activities -Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify opportunities to improve retention and engagement -Conduct or facilitate workforce training as requested -Perform employee relations functions including support and counseling regarding personnel and job-related conflicts, problem solving and dispute resolution, managing employee performance issues, review and assessment of termination requests in conjunction with HRBPs -Maintain compliance with Corporate HR policies, local policies and federal and state employment regulations -Participate in the development and administration of Corporate HR policies, procedures, and standards; and effectively communicate and execute necessary changes -On an as needed basis, participate on various HR committees established to resolve employment challenges -Prepare internal employee communications for a variety of HR initiatives -Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and compliance requirements -Responsible for supporting the execution of talent management strategies targeted to care for CRB’s employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle (attract, engage, develop, and retain) -Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans

-Ability to both be self-directed and work effectively in a team environment -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Strong attention to detail -Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Demonstrated ability to handle all matters with the highest degree of confidentiality -Advanced MS Office skills preferred -Demonstrated good decision-making and judgement skills, and ability to work independently -PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus -Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask -General knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations related to employment and personnel practices -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience -Minimum of three years of experience in the Human Resource Generalist role preferred
