Manage chiller and low-side service operations, customer relations, and vendor teams

Tasks

-Maintain excellent customer relationship. -Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within service team. Provide training to all employees to ensure a safe and productive work environment both in the shop and at customer sites -Supervise vendor teams and direct field technicians to effectively perform the functions of equipment repair and other duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction -closely work with sales rep to generate more business opportunities in the region -Vendor management which includes timely release of vendor Purchase orders, accounting bills and payment release. -Arranging spares required for rectifications at site for breakdown and warranty services which includes coordination with warehouse team & SCM team. -Day to day coordination with Customer for breakdown calls, spares supply PM services, warranty services etc. -Managing documentation includes RCA (root cause analysis for failures), timely compliance documents submission, PM reports etc. -Review work orders, invoices, and timely reports for accuracy and to ensure efficient management of accounts receivable

What You Bring

-Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to navigate SalesForce.com, ServiceMax, ERP, and other business applications -Engineering in Mechanical domain or equivalent. -10+ years of commercial service management work experience-Working knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems -Hands on experience in chillers and lowside services -Experience in managing team and subcons -Training to our team and vendor technicians
