The role serves as the administrator for the Build Pro system, supporting the construction and purchasing teams. Key duties include assigning team members to lots, running and troubleshooting integration status reports, and managing purchase orders, EPOs, and quarterly rebate reports. The administrator also handles trade partner agreements, vendor set‑up, insurance certificates, document management, APR invoice processing, and acts as a liaison between Accounts Payable and trade partners.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or at least five years of relevant home‑builder administrative experience. Prior experience with Build Pro is advantageous, and strong communication skills are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Newstar, and preferably Build Pro, along with the ability to multitask accurately and with integrity, is required.
