Implementation of ISO Standards.
Indenting of spares & maintaining minimum spares inventory.
Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Plants and Equipments like Crawler Crane, Telescopic Mobile crane, Boom Placer, Concrete Pump, for enhancing concrete production.
Ensure good house-keeping practice & safe working atmosphere with proper work permit system follow up.
Erection and Commissioning of Transformers, Self-Erecting Tower Crane , Chilling Plants ,planning of Electrical power layout on site as per requirement.
Ensuring uninterrupted power supply and effective utilization of deployed P&M equipments at the project site
Provide effective training for newly joined workmen.
Performing root-cause analysis of defects while developing & improving the processing by taking corrective actions to prevent any reoccurrences and defective issues.
Preparing documents like Batching Plant & DG productivity report, equipment & electrical Inspection reports, safe work procedures,etc.
Catering to department-oriented requirements with respect to maintenance, repairing and installations at the given targeted time.
Implementing preventive, planned and periodic maintenance to minimize breakdown and providing immediate response to take corrective actions for every abnormality related to the electrical system.
Preparing MIS reports like DPR, Utilization Report, Breakdown Reports and Preventive Maintenance Reports , Budget Report Etc.
