We are seeking a qualified Executive Assistant/Senior Executive Administrator to provide primary support to the President & CEO and other C‑level executives. The role involves advanced administrative duties, extensive interaction with senior leaders both domestically and with Sekisui House leadership in Japan, and will act as a close partner to the CEO in managing schedules and follow‑up items.
The position requires proactive management of executive workflows, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, correspondence handling, and preparation of reports and presentations. Confidentiality, meticulous attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Candidates should hold at least a BA/BS degree and have 10+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting C‑level executives. Required skills include expert use of MS Office, multitasking ability, and the capacity to anticipate executive needs. Fluency or conversational ability in Japanese is a significant plus.

The role is classified as exempt, with a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 and a discretionary year‑end bonus.
