Provide technical expertise and collaboration across transportation disciplines, including highways, transit, rail, aviation, and planning.
Collaborate with national business lines to leverage resources and expand service offerings in Nebraska.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with NDOT, municipalities, counties, and MPOs across Nebraska.
Lead the Omaha office’s operations, culture, and growth strategy, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Partner with the Regional Transportation Lead and Lincoln office lead to establish and achieve business development targets.
Represent WSP in industry organizations, conferences, and community engagements to enhance visibility and reputation.
Collaborate with other WSP offices across the Midwest District to deliver infrastructure projects throughout the project life cycle.
Serve as Principal-in-Charge (PIC) and Project Manager (PM) on major transportation projects, ensuring delivery excellence.
Champion WSP’s Future Ready approach, integrating sustainability, resilience, and innovation into projects.

Strong understanding of transportation market trends, funding mechanisms, and regulatory environment.
Proven track record of leadership in business development, client management, and project delivery.
Strong leadership presence with ability to represent WSP in Nebraska’s transportation community.
Minimum 15 years of experience in transportation engineering, planning, or related fields.
Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and staff.
Strategic thinker with ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities in emerging markets.
Prior experience working with NDOT and local municipalities in Nebraska.
Experience leading office operations, culture, and staff engagement.
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
