  • Manage pre-read and post-read distribution, wall display logistics, and real-time action item capture.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and visual tools (e.g., Power BI) to monitor execution performance and identify trends.
  • Own and evolve WOR guidelines, incorporating feedback and lessons learned.
  • Drive updates to the WOR process map and tactical implementation plans.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders across Electric Operations and Engineering
  • Ensure visual management practices are in place to track KPIs across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale (SQCDM).
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Performance Management and functional area teams contributing to the WOR.
  • Analyze operational data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Drive updates to the WOR process map and tactical implementation plans to reflect current workflows and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the weekly execution of the Electric WOR, including agenda development, stakeholder engagement, and follow-up tracking for action items and escalations.
  • Apply Lean principles to standardize work, eliminate waste, and promote problem-solving at the team level.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with Lean Business Coaches to advance Lean maturity and embed Lean culture across Electric Operations.
  • Own and evolve the internal and external WOR guidelines, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and lessons learned.
  • Facilitate feedback loops with contributors and action item owners to ensure accountability and closure.
  • Lead change management efforts for new processes, tools, or expectations introduced into the WOR.
  • Maintain consistency in visual formats (e.g., trend charts, Paretos, catchback plans).
  • This role supports strategic initiatives such as the Joint EO/EE L2 WOR, Clear Sky Playbook, and Change Control Review Board.

  • Ability to lead the most significant, most complex projects across the line of business supported (i.e., Customer Care, Human Resources, etc.).
  • Ten years of related experience or equivalent in business analysis, program management, or operations within a utility or regulated industry.
