The role of Store Keeper is part of the Property and Asset Management business for the Brookfield Portfolio in Noida. This position focuses on store inventory and procurement requisition responsibilities defined in the Property Management Services agreement with the client.
Key duties include maintaining a daily inventory register and issued items record in both software and hardcopy formats, submitting online procurement requisitions, and following up with vendors to ensure timely delivery. The store keeper must also prepare audit‑ready documentation and keep all records organized in the online portal and soft copies.
The Store Keeper will report to the Estate Manager and work closely with the site team, including the State Manager, to ensure smooth operations at the commercial property in Noida.
- Maintain daily store inventory records in software and hard copy.
- Submit and track online procurement requisitions.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of items.
- Prepare audit‑ready documentation and maintain organized records.
- Report directly to the Estate Manager and coordinate with site team.

The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, and pays strong attention to detail. They should possess excellent accounting and financial management skills and be able to collate and maintain information accurately in record books.
Qualifications include a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in computer applications such as Tally, knowledge of GAAP, and familiarity with store inventory management and online portals are desirable.
