  • No. of violation found & penalized Ensure 100% serviceability of security gadgets. To follow up with concerned agencies for timely rectifications. Also to submit compliance report to Reporting Manager.
  • No of rectifications Ensure compliance of BCAS norms by concessionaires
  • No. of meetings attended Ensure participation during conduct of mock drills by different agencies. (CISF/NSG/DP/ARFF).
  • ASQ ratings Extend support to reporting manager during investigation / enquiry on various incident / accidents/ thefts/pilferages reported during shifts.
  • No of issues addressed Ensure compliance of observations noticed during combing operations with CISF, DP & others
  • No of issues discussed Coordinate regularly with Ops inspector of CISF, Superintend Customs and Wing I/c of Immigration for smooth operations and also to ensure adequate manning of PESC, Customs and Immigration counters during peak hours.
  • No of resolutions. Monitor and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during Haj operations.
  • Action taken Ensure timely coordination with CISF/Delhi police/Airlines with regard to death on-board / at terminal or unruly passengers.
  • No of non-compliances Ensure surprise checks are conducted at the construction/renovation sites periodically for security compliance by vendors.
  • No. of observations / complaints Supervise Key management process, access control & documentation. Ensure keys audits are conducted as per SOP. Also to submit compliance report to Reporting Manager.
  • No. of meetings Ensure timely implementation of theft/pilferage preventive measures in the Terminal.
  • Timely Coordination and assistance.
  • No of resolutions. Ensure random checks are conducted on illegal/touting activities at forecourt area.
  • Corrective actions Submit DSR and Ops report to Reporting Manager.
  • No. of observations during quarterly audits & issues closed Ensure enforcement drives are conducted periodically for violation of Airports rules / AVSEC orders and to follow up with concerned agencies for necessary corrective action.
  • No. of observations Monitor media activities (includes visit by Media house/Photo shoots/ Video shoots etc) and to ensure that the same is done with prior approvals of DGCA/BCAS/DIAL.
  • No of resolutions. Ensure implementation of measures to reduce unethical/illegal activities. Also to have regular interactions with security in-charge of different agencies.
  • ASQ/Skytrax ratings Ensure compliance of BCAS guidelines and regulations by Airport staff.
