Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by Field Management.
Contribute to building good communications between field management, project management, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and specialty contractors to ensure construction complies with plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.
Assist in overseeing activities of construction crafts/trades within an assigned area of responsibility.
Monitor’s subcontractor personnel to ensure adherence with project plans and promotes quality control of all installations.
Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate including but not limited to updating drawings, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes and other documents as required.
Assists with the planning and coordination of sub-contractor activities within the area of responsibility.
Receives continual supervision and direction in the performance of assigned responsibility.
Assists with compliance of the AECOM Hunt safety program that creates a safe and healthy work environment on the jobsite.
Receives technical and operational direction from the assigned Superintendent or Project Manager.
When requested, interfaces with client, architect, and design professionals to ensure compliance to design intent and client satisfaction.

Able to follow directions and interact with all levels of management on a working construction project.
Candidate must have completed Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar major, or have demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Knowledge of food service-related codes (plumbing / health dept / fire protection)
Working knowledge of commercial MEP systems (kitchen hoods, grease waste, make-up air, electrical loads)
Can read and coordinate architectural, MEP drawings and equipment layouts.
Experience supporting large complex projects (stadiums, sports facilities, arenas)

Experience with commercial tenant improvements,ideally restaurant, hospitality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Bluebeam, AutoCAD/Revit.
