Build and maintain external relationships (e.g. clients, contractors/subcontracts) to increase networks and support personal development.
Review all costs and controls.
Manage the project delivery within a timely manner ensure the maximum outcomes for the client and Lendlease.
Accountable for the implementation and compliance with all Bovis safety requirements across staff, contractors and work practices ensuring appropriate records are maintained and required reports are available.
Ensure quality is at a consistently high level and pro-actively identify quality issues.
Review the EHS plans and regularly review lessons learnt. Review the project sustainability objectives and targets ensuring compliance with Bovis standards and local regulatory and individual school requirements.

Understanding of estimating, scheduling, field supervision, contract administration, procurement, financial controls and reporting.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive in maintaining the conversion program and implementing acceleration methods if the program slips.
Demonstratable intermediate level of role knowledge gained through relevant experience.
Please note that due to the nature of this role, an Enhanced DBS check will be carried out for the successful candidate.
Ability to prepare reports and work collaboratively to ensure successful project delivery.
Working knowledge of site health and safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Problem solving and analytical skills for resolving planning, estimating, contract administration, and procurement issues.
