Otis Elevator Company is offering a summer 2026 Field Project Management internship for motivated candidates who want hands‑on experience in managing elevator and escalator projects for new construction and modernization. Interns will work full‑time for 10‑12 weeks, collaborating with customers and internal teams while developing sales, communication, and business acumen. The role immerses participants in Otis’s supportive culture that values autonomy, trust, and teamwork.

• Current undergraduate student, preferably in a technical or project management major.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly team‑oriented, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for building relationships with internal and external customers.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
• Prior field project management internship experience (preferred).
