  • Collaborate with peers across Urbis and Cistri, including other business units and sub-consultants
  • Proactively maintain and enhance our proprietary databases.
  • Analyse data using tools such as GIS, Excel, Power BI, and AI platforms
  • Assist in preparing client-facing reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Provide analysis of most inputs and components of analysis, including demographics, spending behaviour, competitor analysis, demand drivers, property performance benchmarking, spatial analysis, employment analysis, tourism assessments, market share analysis, rent and turnover analyses, and market forecasts.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across a variety of economic and property-related topics
  • Communicate findings clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Undertake background research for projects, using your own initiative to find resources.
  • Undertake field research to gain a thorough understanding of local context and issues.
  • Obtain data and knowledge from a wide range of sources and networks.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Economics, Econometrics, Economic Geography, Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills
