The Field Sales and Marketing Representative will focus on driving sales of TTI’s premier product lines within The Home Depot, one of the company’s largest retail partners. This role offers hands‑on field experience, intensive training, and the opportunity to develop selling, account management, and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
- Exceed sales targets through B2C sales and tailored product recommendations at The Home Depot.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to boost consumer engagement.
- Implement corporate brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sell‑through.
- Ensure optimal merchandising, product placement, and store resets using Power BI analytics.
- Develop deep knowledge of retail marketplace, customer profiles, competition, and channel dynamics.
- Complete TTI’s training program to work independently in the assigned market.
- Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot staff to enhance in‑store execution.
- Manage inventory levels, perform down‑stocking, and report tasks promptly.
- Participate in merchandising resets, placing cutting‑edge products while following safety protocols.
- Transport company property and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lb and using ladders.
- Work nights, weekends, and stand for full retail shifts as required.

- Hold a valid US driver’s license (minimum 1 year), own a reliable vehicle with insurance, and travel to stores and meetings.
- Pass drug screening and motor vehicle report; be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills; be self‑motivated and a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; multilingual abilities preferred for specific markets.

Compensation includes an hourly wage of $24.04–$25.96 (target annual $50–$54 k), overtime eligibility, and sales‑based incentives.
