The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and brings 5‑7 years of business‑development experience in the renewable‑energy or power sector, demonstrated by a track‑record of closing large‑scale projects. Core competencies include an entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem‑solving, communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
