Troubleshooting solar and raw power issues, GNSS receiver, VPN router, GNSS antenna, and earthing issues with the help of local support
Preparing daily call logs for CORS site issues
Arranging spares for problematic sites, performing configuration before dispatch, and managing return of faulty units from sites
Arranging local support if a site is not restored through remote troubleshooting
Troubleshooting faulty equipment received from sites and coordinating repairs with respective vendors/OEMs
Logging calls with broadband ISPs and resolving mobile SIM-related issues
Remote troubleshooting of network connectivity issues
Ensuring data from each CORS site is backed up to the FTP location at the Control Center and that the receiver’s local storage never becomes full
Daily monitoring of CORS sites
Coordinating and thoroughly inspecting preventive maintenance work carried out by third-party contractors

Hands-on experience with network monitoring and incident-management tools will be an added advantage
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and preferably any South Indian language)
