The Director will implement portfolio‑level risk processes, partner with functional leaders to secure subject‑matter experts, and serve as senior point of contact for customers to ensure scope clarity, delivery alignment, and timely issue resolution. Customer satisfaction will be strengthened through transparent communication, proactive planning, and delivery excellence.
The role supports commercial teams in bids and project kick‑offs, builds project management and controls capabilities across business lines, and executes the training roadmap from PM 101 to advanced portfolio management. Mentoring and developing Project Managers, Engineers, and Controls personnel will elevate overall delivery performance.

A PMP® or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
