Role
Description
Producing and/or inputting to internal and external reports
Developing progress measurement calculations for various construction disciplines to track and monitor productivity on site.
Responsible for implementation & utilisation of Kent planning procedures, tools & techniques for optimised schedule performance.
Manage Project Fabrication Schedule Change.
Produce and submit schedule delay analysis reports to the Lead Planner for review and any actions.
Review detailed subcontract schedules before inclusion into the master schedule.
Liaising with the cost team for cost reporting, trending & forecasting
Assist the Lead Planner in developing what-if scenarios and recovery plans in case of program slippage and scope creep.
Incorporate project schedule change into the master schedule.
Develop Recovery Plans in line with the agreed revised strategy.
Develop / support ‘in-house’ training & mentoring plans, improving planner competency.
Support the Lead Planner in conducting Integrated planning reviews (IAP).
Produce schedule Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Works under the direct supervision of the Lead Planner.
Carry out duties in a constructive & cohesive manner, ensuring the accuracy of project schedule input/output.
Developing construction schedules using first principles considering resources, quantities, plants, and equipment.
Assists in developing planning procedures in conjunction with Lead Planner.
