Identify and report services faults, book trades and supervise contractors
Supervise a fast yet efficient service and is responsive to the demands and needs of our customers
Overseeing all activities across the school grounds and buildings, ensuring Occupational Health and Safety standards are met
Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
Adhere to Downer Zero Harm Standards and practices
Cleaning of external areas including pathways, bin area and common areas

Must be available Monday to Friday between 6am-6pm for a rotating roster
Able to undertake general repairs and maintenance as well as planned preventative maintenance throughout the school and surrounding grounds
A good communicator who can follow instructions and is willing to learn
Good level of fitness and physical ability
General handyman skills are required
Experience in trade services would be advantageous
