The FP&A ISC Analyst reports to the Global FP&A ISC Manager VMC and works closely with the BU Head, BU FP&A, R2R, Product Cost CoE, IBP, ISC and Commercial Navigators/Controller. The role creates impact by delivering high‑value analysis of variable manufacturing cost (VMC) across multiple levels—including BU, Performance Cell, Region, Country, Legal Entity, Site and Customer‑Material—to support ISC and commercial decision‑making.
- Support the ISC and Commercial association.
- Prepare VMC analysis dashboards and walkthroughs.
- Maintain the RMPI performance matrix.
- Conduct weekly reviews of critical SCOA, monitor continuously and flag corrections.
- Validate manual adjustments within the business unit.
- Generate VMC insights for the BU and explain major movements or gaps with detailed commentary.
- Liaise with stakeholders to align on VMC insights and analysis.
- Drive follow‑on actions to address identified gaps and monitor progress.
- Respond to ad‑hoc VMC requests.
- Review standard cost releases versus QRF using the central VMC plan.
- Analyse VMC “Volume/Price/Mix” against QRF, prior year and forecasts at SKU level by BU, region, center and site.
- Perform VMC trend analysis and review by BU and legal entity.
- Validate inventory revenue for RMPI.
- Conduct high‑level flash analysis and coordinate reporting.
- Review and validate VE savings.
- Complete, submit and comment on VMC flash reports.

The role requires 10‑12 years of analytical or controller experience, a qualified chartered or cost accountant designation, and a passion for continuous improvement. Candidates must have strong analytical abilities, expertise in HFM, ERP, BI, CFIN and advanced Excel for building automated models, and excellent written and verbal communication in English. The ability to prioritize, collaborate with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate a ‘can‑do’ mentality is essential.
- 10‑12 years of experience as an analyst or controller in a business environment.
- Qualified chartered or cost accountant (or equivalent professional competency).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HFM, ERP, BI, CFIN and advanced Excel (macros, Power Pivot, data consolidation).
- Ability to build automated reports and financial models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with concise recommendation delivery.
- Proven ability to prioritize and work with multiple supervisors and stakeholders.
