Phlebotomist

Description

• Maintain logs for patient and specimen information.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the face of the company.
• Accurately perform data entry of patient information in a timely manner.
• Perform skilled blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
• Collect specimens for various tests, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in phlebotomy and blood draw techniques.
• Experience with specimen collection and processing.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good with patients and maintaining a professional demeanor.
