E&P Site Supervisor

Description

•  Build strong relationships with project managers, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
•  Provide technical guidance to project teams and subcontractors, resolving issues promptly.
•  Monitor progress, performance, and quality, implementing corrective actions where needed.
•  Plan, coordinate, and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrification and plant assets, including overhead line equipment, power supply systems, signalling power, and lighting.
•  Support and develop team members through regular reviews and skills development.
•  Maintain accurate asset registers and documentation.
•  Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance, fostering a positive safety culture.
•  Ensure all works meet design specifications, standards, and procedures.

Requirements

•  Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
•  Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) card
•  HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
•  Full UK driving licence
•  Knowledge of High Voltage (HV) feeders and associated equipment
•  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
•  Proven experience in electrification and plant supervision within the rail industry
•  Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
