Adheres to all; health, sanitation, safety and security, laws, policies and procedures in the department/hotel.
Leadership role in curb appeal, landscaping, and grounds maintenance in all weather conditions.
Monitors and ensures departmental compliance with all state and federal wage and hour employment laws
Respond promptly to all guest issues and address all work orders in an efficient and effective manner.
Assist in the preventative and general maintenance programs for all equipment, guest rooms, restaurant, public areas, parking areas, and all other facilities located on property.
Assist in the proper operations and upkeep of all; electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, tile work, laundry, kitchen, refrigeration, lighting systems, and all specialized equipment as directed by Lead Maintenance Engineer/General Manager.
Daily maintenance including wall repair, painting, furniture repair, floor buffing/polishing, lighting replacement, unclogging of toilets, cleanliness of exterior of facility, cleaning of window screens, replacement of small fixtures, basic landscaping, and all other property needs to ensure guest satisfaction.
