Exhibit leadership skills to successfully manage a team of designers throughout a project execution.
Solid skills in instrument selection and creating datasheets, IO lists, cable schedules, and instrument and valve indexes.
Expertise in designing wiring and conduit drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modeling in Revit.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to successfully interact with management, clients, and vendors
Knowledge of National Electrical Code Standards (NEC)
Technical competency in Instrumentation, control systems, panel design and etc.
The ability to assist in the development of construction drawings and review work packages
Solid computer skills in the use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Revu Bluebeam
A two-year degree with relevant experience
Expertise in the preparation of design criteria, and specification for I&C equipment
Experience executing projects for industrial facilities with a focus on quality, cost effectiveness, and safety
Proficiency in performing calculations for wire sizing, voltage drop, conduit fill, cable tray sizing and fill.
A willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventions
Firm understanding of digital communication protocols, communication cable types, and methods of cross communication between systems.
