The successful candidate will apply strategic thinking, creative problem‑solving, and strong organizational skills to advance business development pursuits.
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, and have at least five years of AEC proposal experience, preferably with Florida transportation clients. Proven ability to lead and produce high‑quality, winning proposals and interviews, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Adobe InDesign preferred) are required.
