As demand for nuclear energy expands, this role supports Framatome’s mission to deliver lasting solutions for global challenges. The position anchors the Richland site by onboarding new employees and guiding them through comprehensive training for manufacturing and engineering qualification programs. It also leads all aspects of the site’s safety‑program training, ensuring compliance with federal nuclear regulations as well as state, local, and company requirements.
The day‑to‑day duties involve consulting subject‑matter experts and applying the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and the ADDIE model to create and revise training initiatives. You will leverage the Learning Management System to manage offerings, propose expansions based on user needs, and deliver training according to lesson plans and supervisor assignments. Additionally, you will work with teams to resolve training issues, promote initiatives that boost short‑term profitability, and utilize Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or possess equivalent experience, with at least two years of relevant work. Required knowledge includes instructional design, training delivery, assessment, evaluation, and familiarity with learning management systems. Strong communication skills, the ability to build interpersonal relationships, and flexibility to shift priorities and address issues directly are essential.
The total rewards package offers a base salary ranging from $80,168 to $92,000, plus potential incentives and performance bonuses.
