Lead and manage human resource strategies to support the region’s strategic and operating plans. Drive corporate and divisional initiatives while identifying opportunities for improved connectivity between plants and the sales organization. Develop strategies to maintain positive employee relations at all locations within the assigned region and provide guidance to HR and business leaders on complex matters. Leverage employee engagement surveys and other assessment tools to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with state employment regulations and champion environmental health and safety issues.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for studies in Human Resources or Business Administration, and a master’s degree is advantageous. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of progressive human‑resources experience, including at least two years leading as an HR business partner. Experience leading HR efforts for a distributed workforce in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills are essential, especially for a distributed workforce. Applicants should be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals, and possess a solid understanding of local regulations and standards. Preference will be given to candidates residing in CA, CO, IL, NC, PA, or TX.
